The project is located in the tourist resort of Shengze Lake in the Xiangcheng District of Suzhou. It is made up of three peninsulas with a lake to the east with an area of 5 square kilometers. To the south is the Shengze wetland park covering 165,000 square meters. In the surrounding area there are also the China Rose Park and the Crape Myrtle Park covering 500,000 square meters. All these natural areas make the project a perfect ecological residence.
This is a jointly developed project that will be controlled by Sinobo Land under its own development model.
