Heritage Estate

he project is located on the north side of Yuyuantan Park and to the west of Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Yuyuantan Park was previously an imperial garden. It contains water features with an area of 610,000 square meters, green areas of approximately 750,000 square meters, more than 200,000 trees and the biggest Oriental Cherry garden in China.

The shape of the project resembles the Chinese character for mountain, which when combined with the water features in Yuyuantan makes a perfect residential area. The project uses classic building materials in its architecture, including red brick, copper and stone along with more contemporary materials. The combination of design and materials give the project a unique elegance.
