On 29 October 2019, 'Dream the Future, Meet Taizicheng', the Taizicheng Resort Business Development Conference was held in Beijing. As the key investment property of Sinobo Group, the overall planning, core advantages and future goals of Taizicheng Resort were officially announced for the first time.
As the representative of the event organizer, Wu Weidong, the mayor of Zhangjiakou City, praised highly of the construction of the Taizicheng Resort in the speech of the conference, and expressed high expectation on the future development of the resort. He said, 'Taizicheng Resort will become 'The Living Room of the 2022 Winter Olympics', the engine of Chongli ice and snow sports, and the business platform for international economic, cultural and technological exchanges, such as Davos'.
Zhou Jinhui, Chairman of Sinobo Group, thanked the governments and business partners at all levels for their concern and support for the project. He analyzed the uniqueness of Taizicheng Resort and the planning and vision of Sinobo Group to build the project. At the Greenbuild China 2019 held on 24 October, Taizicheng Resort won the world’s first Platinum-level pre-certification of cultural and tourism project on LEED for Cities and Communities: Plan and Design. As the developer, Sinobo Group insists on implementing the requirements of 'Green Olympics' and sustainable development concept with the development of Taizicheng Resort.
In the subsequent project introduction, Kee Whye Yeo, the co-president of Sinobo Land, shared the advantages of Taizicheng Resort in terms of the tourism demand, location and transportation. Xia Jun, the co-president of Sinobo Land, and Vincent Zhou, the vice president of Sinobo Group, detailed how Sinobo Group studied the current situation of the travel industry in Chongli and explored the five core competitiveness of Taizicheng Resort, namely traffic hub, city-level service, vacation and leisure experience, smart town, and MICE platform.
